Silke Grumaz



Silke Grumaz studied Biology at the University of Hohenheim in Stuttgart. After a PhD in applied research in the field of infectious biology and molecular biology in collaboration with the Fraunhofer Institute of Interfacial Engineering in Stuttgart, she continued to focus on diagnostics based on Next-Generation Sequencing since 2013 at the Fraunhofer Institute. Her research focuses on improving and validating NGS diagnostics in the wetlab and in the clinics. She is also cofounder of the NGS diagnostics company Noscendo.
