Abstract program

ICCMg2 welcomes abstracts reporting work that focuses on clinical metagenomics from a broad perspective: infectious diseases, antimicrobial resistance, bio-informatics, microbiota…

Abstracts can be submitted either for oral (10 minutes talk and 5 minutes questions) or poster presentations.

In addition, you can choose to compete for the first joint ICCMg/SSM prize that aims at rewarding an original, high-quality work presented by a young investigator (<40 years-old). The winner will give both an oral and a poster presentation and will be awarded a 1,000 CHF prize.

The abstract submission portal will close on September 22, 2017.

The ICCMg prize is supported by the Swiss Society for Microbiology
