An update on clinical metagenomics tools
The field bioinformatics is constantly evolving and several tools have been developed to cover the different aspects of shotgun metagenomics data analysis. In this presentation I will talk about some of the new tools that can potentially improve the diagnosis of infection through shotgun metagenomics.
