Biography

Abraham Gihawi is a researcher in the cancer genetics laboratory at the university of East Anglia in Norwich (UK). He is undertaking a PhD in Computational Biology and has recently started a post-doctoral position in the group, both under the supervision of Professor Daniel Brewer. His research focuses on applying high-throughput computational approaches to large sequencing datasets including Genomics England’s 100,000 Genomes Project and more recently the PPCG (Pan-Prostate Cancer Group) to investigate links between microbes and cancer.
