Biography

A 2nd year PhD student at the French Institute for Research in Computer Science and Automation in Rennes, I was trained at the interface between life and computer sciences. Having graduated from the AgroParisTech engineering school, I gained a background in environmental sciences before specialising in Data Science and Artificial Intelligence in conjunction with Paris-Saclay University.

Now specialised in bioinformatics, I am exploring the applications of Machine Learning to the gut microbiota, both as a prediction tool and as an insight into its functionalities, with an accent on integrating external knowledge into the models to enhance their performance and interpretability.
