Currently being a physician in the department of infectious disease, Fudan university Zhongshan Hospital, Shanghai, China.

Interested in the clinical practice and translational research of the microbial metagenomic sequencing, and the non-tuberculosis mycobacteria disease.

Responsible for the microbial detection and surveillance of the critically severe COVID-19 at Shanghai CDC using metagenomic sequencing.
